We reserve the right not to fulfill orders if the product price or description contains clear errors.

5. DELIVERY

Report any damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries to us within 24 hours of receipt. Do not return items before contacting customer support. Unauthorized returns will not be reimbursed.

If a package is missing, a claim will be submitted to the courier. The customer must cooperate fully before any refund or reshipment is issued.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer's own cost and risk. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

BURKER WATCHES offers a 1-year warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes:

8. FORCE MAJEURE

BURKER WATCHES is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or logistical disruptions.
